This Beta Test is a simplified version of what the full Corder platform will offer. We're currently running it on a small scale with a curated list of fresh products and a manual checkout process.
As a beta tester, you'll help us understand if students are willing to commit to orders based on group pricing, test our pricing structure, and see if we can successfully coordinate small group orders.
What's Different?
Here's how our beta version compares to the full Corder platform:

How Beta Works
Our beta testing process is designed to be simple and rewarding. Here's what you need to know about participating in our community-driven food platform.

On this page, you'll see a list of fresh products with:
- Solo Price (e.g., $2.99) - Immediate purchase
- Group Price (e.g., $2.49 if 5+ join) - Better value when group fills
You have two options:
- Buy Solo: Immediate purchase at solo price
- Join Group: Join existing group order for better pricing
Click on any product to see both options and current group progress.
Fill out the secure payment form with:
- Full Name (for order identification)
- Email Address (for order updates and notifications)
- Phone Number (for SMS notifications and delivery updates)
- Card Information (secure Stripe payment processing)
All information is encrypted and securely processed through Stripe.
For Solo Orders:
- Payment is processed immediately
- You receive instant confirmation
- Order is confirmed and scheduled for pickup/delivery
For Group Orders:
- Payment is authorized but not charged until group fills
- You're added to the group order
- If group fills by deadline, payment is processed at group price
- If group doesn't fill, you can cancel or proceed at solo price
You'll receive updates through multiple channels:
- Email Notifications: Order confirmation, group status updates, pickup reminders
- SMS Messages: Real-time group progress, pickup time confirmations, delivery updates
- In-App Updates: Live group order progress tracking
All communications include your order details and pickup/delivery information.
Pickup Option:
- Fixed pickup location on campus
- Designated pickup times (Thursday/Friday)
- SMS reminder 1 hour before pickup
Delivery Option:
- Available for group orders that fill
- Delivery to campus locations
- Real-time delivery tracking via SMS
- Order Limit: Only 100 orders are accepted in this beta cycle
- Cutoff Time: Orders must be placed by Wednesday 11:59 PM
- Group Deadline: Groups must fill by Wednesday 11:59 PM to qualify for group pricing
- Pickup: Orders available Thursday/Friday at campus location
- Refunds: Available if group doesn't fill and you choose not to proceed
- Security: All payments processed securely through Stripe
- Privacy: Your information is protected and only used for order processing
